We are offering an exciting new service! I have partnered with Rachel Stein Design to offer you the ability to create a bespoke wedding invitation design. Do you know the wedding theme you want? Do you want to use bold calligraphy names and combine it with your engagement photos? Or do you want to tie in your colour or theme of your day with your wedding invitation design? All of this is now achievable through Rachel and she will upload the design straight to your website too!
Rachel already has a number of great designs on our site and all of them very different. Some were hand drawn and then converted to a digital file. Others are copyright free images that are collaged to create beautiful themes. Rachel can amend current themes to suit your wedding or can start from scratch. It is entirely up to you!

We have created a design that you can view online to see what a bespoke design may look like. We have taken calligraphy and combined it with this couple’s engagement photos. Rachel then used part of the photo as a background image.
To begin working with us and get your own website designed this is what you have to do!
Simple 4 step process
1, Contact Rachel via her Facebook Page to discuss your wedding invitations and website ideas. She will then need 50% deposit so she can start the work and begin uploading the images to your site for you to view. Payments would be via Paypal.
2. There will then be 3 revisions within this package where Rachel can amend visuals or text. Additional amendments will be costed at £20 and added the outstanding cost once agreed.
3. When you are happy with your design and have paid final instalment, Rachel will give you the user name and password to Paperless Wedding site so you can login.
4. You then can go in and edit any text and add pages to your website. You can then upload your guest list and send out to your wedding guests.
Additional information.
- The turn around from brief to completion of the first design is 10 working days. Then an additional 3 days per revision. If you need it quicker, ask and she may be able to accommodate. When you order she will give you a time of when things will be completed.
- Printed invitations will also be available at additional cost and Rachel will provide costs according to your requirements.
- All support for the Paperless Wedding site once the design will be done by Paperless Wedding.
How much will this cost?
- The whole package costs £250 and this includes your Paperless Wedding website and invite package! This is a trial price and won’t stay this cheap for long, so make sure you get in touch with Rachel and get designing.
If you already have a Paperless Wedding account set up, please let Rachel know so she can add your images to the site.
